Undergraduate Applicants Outside the U.S.

    Steps to apply:

    1. Complete an online application and pay the $90 non-refundable application fee.
      Alternatively, you may pay later by mailing a check (address below) or pay through the .

    2. Send secondary school or high school academic records (transcripts, mark sheets, graduation certificate) in a sealed envelope to the following address:

      Depending on your country of origin, an advisor may contact you about specific academic records required.

    3. Submit a third party transcript evaluation -Official evaluation of high school transcript from SDR Education () and NACES member agencies ().

    4. Submit an English proficiency test score
      ¸£Àû¼§ accepts the following °Õ°¿·¡¹ó³¢Â® tests:

      • °Õ°¿·¡¹ó³¢Â® Essentialsâ„¢ with a minimum score of 8
      • TOEFL iBT® Home Edition
      • TOEFL iBT® Paper edition with a minimum score of 79

    5. The following countries qualify for an English language proficiency test score waiver.

  • International transfer students who attended a college/university outside the U.S.

    2. Create your and upload unofficial transcripts from all colleges or universities you have attended

    3. ¸£Àû¼§ Graduate Admissions and the Office of International Programs are currently offering in-house transcript evaluation services for international graduate applicants*. Send your official postsecondary academic records (transcripts, mark sheets, graduate certificates, etc.) to the address below:

      ¸£Àû¼§ Graduate Admissions may be willing to accept unofficial copies of your academic records. Please upload unofficial copies of your academic records to your Self-Service Center and an advisor will contact you if an official copy is required.

      *Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing evaluations.  Some ¸£Àû¼§ graduate programs may still require a third-party transcript evaluation. Please check your program's page to see if this requirement applies to you.

    4. Submit an English proficiency test score
      • ¸£Àû¼§ accepts the following tests:
        • °Õ°¿·¡¹ó³¢Â® Essentialsâ„¢ with a minimum score of 8
        • TOEFL iBT® Home Edition
        • TOEFL iBT® Paper edition with a minimum score of 79

      • These countries qualify for an English language proficiency test score waiver.
      • Students who completed undergraduate or previous degree coursework at a university where English was the language of instruction, and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher, may be eligible for a english proficiency waiver.
