We are excited to announce that all first time freshmen and transfer students can now pickup their Bearkat OneCard during their registered orientation session. If you're a student that is 100% online or not required to attend orientation, please contact us at saservices@shsu.edu in order to receive your physical card.

When ordering your Bearkat OneCard, you will be submitting the following:

- A headshot photo

- A government issued ID

Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure an easy experience when ordering your Bearkat OneCard

You will be submitting a headshot photo of yourself. You must meet ALL the following requirements or the photo will be rejected:

鈼� A headshot is a photo that includes the top of the shoulders to the top of the head.
鈼� You must be directly facing the camera
鈼� All facial features (eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks, etc.) must be visible and clear
鈼� Do not cut off any part of your head
鈼� Photo must be taken in a well lit location
鈼� Photo must have no shadows on face or background
鈼� Eyeglasses must be free of glares
鈼� Cannot be a photo of a photo
鈼� No sunglasses or hats
鈼� Photo must be in color (NOT black and white)
鈼� Photo cannot have a filter
