To request President White to appear or speak at your event, please complete the form below. It is important to note that submitting this form does not confirm the President's attendance. A member from our staff will contact you with confirmation.

It is recommended that you submit your request as soon as possible; however, the minimum time required to request the President's attendance is 2 weeks. For events requiring a presentation, please request at least 4 weeks in advance.
